Ideal US Talent Worker OpCo LLC

Minnesota-based temporary help firm Ideal US Talent Worker OpCo LLC filed a WARN notice stating it intends to lay off 1,395 workers across five Illinois counties (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane and Kendall) effective July 1. The company cited restructuring and the transition of customer contracts to a third-party partner as the reason, and said the layoffs are expected to be permanent with no bumping rights. Ideal encouraged affected employees to apply with the third-party partner receiving the contracts. The notice was submitted in May under the Illinois Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
