KJ Quality Logistics to Exit Amazon DSP Program, 41 Rochester Workers to Be Laid Off · ~41 roles

Rochester, NY

A WARN notice filed by New York State states KJ Quality Logistics, LLC. is preparing to let go 41 employees at its Amazon delivery station on Lexington Avenue in Rochester after the company decided to exit Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. The notice attributes the job cuts to contract termination, with layoffs slated to begin in late November. Amazon said it is connecting impacted employees with other delivery service partners in the area, and KJ Quality Logistics indicated it is working to place affected workers with nearby DSPs; the Rochester facility will continue operating. The article notes outreach to both KJ and Amazon for comment and frames the separation as a planned workforce reduction tied to the DSP exit.
