PSA Airlines is a regional airline subsidiary that operates regional jet service primarily on behalf of major carriers under capacity purchase agreements. It provides short- and medium-haul passenger flights connecting smaller markets to major airline hubs.

1 EVENTPSA Airlines, a subsidiary of American Airlines Group, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Dayton, Ohio, to Charlotte, North Carolina and has filed a WARN notice announcing phased permanent layoffs beginning Oct. 29. The company previously invited all 350 Dayton-based employees to relocate to Charlotte in January, and those who did not accept will be permanently laid off; PSA anticipates around 157 employees will be impacted. Additional phased layoffs are scheduled on multiple future dates through April 29, 2027, according to the WARN filing. PSA said it will retain a maintenance hangar and a crew base in Dayton and continue to employ more than 550 Dayton-based team members overall.
