TeKnowledge (formerly Tek Experts) filed a WARN notice saying it will reduce its Colorado Springs workforce by 324 positions at TeKnowledge OPS USA Inc., which operates a facility at 1150 Kelly Johnson Blvd. The eliminations, driven by shifts in technology priorities and evolving client demand as the company realigns operations toward AI-first services, will take place between Oct. 30 and Dec. 30, according to the WARN letter filed by the company’s Americas HR director. Roles listed among the cuts include 120 stage two technical support engineers, 41 reactive support managers and 31 fintech analysts. Company spokespeople said they appreciate those affected and will offer support while the firm continues its global operations across more than 6,000 employees in 19 locations.
