Young's Market Company of Arizona, LLC

As part of RNDC's shutdown of its Georgia operations under Chapter 11 restructuring, WARN notices covering affiliated companies include two positions at Young's Market Company of Arizona, LLC that are slated to be eliminated. The broader RNDC action will lay off 558 workers across multiple entities and facilities in Atlanta and near Marietta, with permanent layoffs expected to begin Oct. 19, 2026 and continue over about two weeks. RNDC said financing alternatives were explored but insufficient funding forced closures of portions of its business; some operations have been sold, preserving other jobs. The WARN notices specify that employees affected by the Georgia closures will not be eligible to transfer to other RNDC positions.
