Comcast Corporation Layoff — December 2025

Comcast Corp. notified Colorado officials that it will close its West Division headquarters in Centennial and permanently eliminate approximately 302 positions as part of a streamlining that removes all three divisional headquarters. The company said the West Division will cease to exist beginning in 2026 and the Centennial facility will be closed at the end of the year, with affected roles including financial analysts, vice presidents, finance managers and communications/government relations positions. Comcast stated it will try to relocate employees to other positions and provide severance to those who cannot be placed before closure. Company leaders framed the move as organizational simplification to improve decision-making and execution while maintaining regional and operational presence for customers.

Comcast Corporation disclosed this layoff in an official WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) notice recorded by the CO state workforce agency on October 15, 2025. The notice covers 302 employees in CO, with the layoff effective December 31, 2025.
